Welcome to RaceToShip.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. Overview

RaceToShip.com is a platform that allows users to discover and submit new products, track launch progress, and participate in a community of indie makers. Some features of the platform are available for free, while others may require payment.

2. User Accounts

You must log in to access certain features, such as submitting products or managing your profile.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.

3. User-Generated Content

When you submit a product or content to RaceToShip.com, you grant us permission to publicly display that content.

You confirm that you have the legal right to share such content and that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove, reject, or modify any content that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community.

4. Paid Features

RaceToShip.com offers optional paid plans or features that may include increased visibility, enhanced profile options, analytics, or other promotional tools.

Prices and features of paid plans are clearly listed on our platform and are subject to change with notice.

Payments can be made via supported payment methods (e.g., credit card, digital wallets).

All payments are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise or required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and design elements on RaceToShip.com are owned by us or properly licensed and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any part of the platform without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your intended use.

RaceToShip.com is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost data, lost profits, or reputational harm resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you agree to the new terms.

8. Account Termination & Fraudulent Behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, without prior notice, if we believe that a user:

- Violates these Terms.

- Uploads illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

- Uses bots, scripts, or any automated tools to manipulate views, votes, traffic, or rankings.

- Creates multiple fake accounts to artificially boost the visibility of their own product.

- Exploits or abuses any part of the platform, including paid features, in a way that undermines fairness or community trust.

Such actions may result in removal of products, permanent ban of the account, and refusal of refunds for any associated payments.

We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment for all makers. Fraudulent activity damages the trust and value of the community, and will not be tolerated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam (or the country in which RaceToShip.com is registered). Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent authorities in that jurisdiction.

10. Credit System Rules

RaceToShip uses a credit-based system to promote fair participation and meaningful engagement. By using the credit system, you agree to the following rules:

• Credits are earned through legitimate actions such as upvoting, commenting, completing your profile, and other approved activities.
• Credits are deducted when you submit a product or boost its visibility.
• Removing an upvote or deleting a comment that previously earned credits will revoke those credits from your balance.
• Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any form of payment.
• Artificial manipulation of credit-earning activities—including but not limited to:
• • Voting on your own product using multiple accounts
  • Repeatedly voting and unvoting to accumulate credits
  • Spamming low-effort comments or fake engagement — is strictly prohibited.
• Use of automation tools, bots, or scripts to earn or spend credits is forbidden.
• RaceToShip reserves the right to adjust your credit balance, revoke earned credits, or suspend/terminate your account if we detect any abuse or manipulation of the credit system.
• We may update credit rules and point values at any time to preserve system integrity and fairness.

The credit system is designed to reward genuine community participation and ensure fair exposure for all makers. Abuse undermines this purpose and will not be tolerated.

11. Product Submission Terms

To maintain the quality and integrity of the platform, all submitted products on racetoship.com must adhere to the following terms

11.1, Accepted Product Categories

• Only products that fall under Software & SaaS are allowed.
• These can include web apps, mobile apps, desktop tools, AI-based tools, Chrome extensions, and similar digital software solutions.

11.2, Prohibited Products and Content

• Adult content or anything sexually explicit in any form — including NSFW chatbots.
• IPTV services, TV streaming resellers, or similar.
• Physical goods or tangible items of any kind.
• Spyware or parental control apps, especially those used without clear user consent.
• Donation or charity listings where:
• • No actual product is provided, or
  • The listed price is unreasonably higher than the value of the offering.
• Products you do not own or have proper rights to, including:
• • Items under PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resell Rights),
  • Any products you are reselling without owning the intellectual property.
• Counterfeit or illegal items, or age-restricted products, such as:
• • Drugs, drug-related items, alcohol, tobacco, vape products.
• Regulated products or industries, including:
• • CBD, gambling, weapons, ammunition, paid-to-play raffles or lotteries, mystery boxes, work-from-home schemes, get-rich-quick programs.
• Pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter drugs, or dietary supplements.
• Essay mills or homework writing services.
• Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or Independent Business Operator (IBO) programs.

11.3, Platform Discretion

Racetoship.com reserves the right to manually review, flag, or hide any product at any time if there are concerns about content, legality, quality, or community trust — even if not explicitly listed above.
